Can I use coupons or promo codes on wholesale orders?
No, our wholesale prices are set and cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Can I offer promotions on your devices at my place of business?
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, our Provider Partners must adhere to the MSRP set by Omnilux. You may only honor promotional pricing if it’s currently being offered on omniluxled.com and only for the duration set by Omnilux.
How fast are items shipped?
Processing can take anywhere from 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and updates.
How does the warranty work?
- All of our devices come with a two year warranty that will be effective from the day it is sold to your client.

What is your return or replacement policy for providers?
All wholesale purchases are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original unopened and unused condition and orders must be returned in their entirety (ie, the full 10-pack). We will not accept partial orders or any opened items. Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects. If there is a problem, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
I am a US based provider and I am being charged taxes on my order, why?
- Unless you have submitted a reseller license with your application OR your business is based in a tax-free state - all applicable sales taxes will apply.
- If you have a reseller license that has not yet been uploaded, please contact providers@omniluxled.com for further assistance.
