The Science Behind Omnilux Minis

We’re back with continuing education to give you an in-depth understanding of another key product in our collection: Omnilux Minis! They may be small, but they pack a powerful punch for clients looking to address specific concerns, like surprise breakouts and tired under eyes. From targeting problem areas to upgrading on-the-go skincare routines, Omnilux Minis are a trusty sidekick to keep your clients glowing between appointments.

Forge ahead to learn how Omnilux Minis work synergistically with our hydrocolloid patches to tackle acne, wrinkles, discoloration, and more.

What Are Omnilux Minis?

Our Mini line uses the same world-leading Omnilux Medical light therapy technology as our full-sized masks, but in an even more portable, versatile, and affordable form. These small-but-mighty LED devices use red, near-infrared, and blue LED light, depending on the product, to address common skin concerns including

  • Fine lines and wrinkles

  • Uneven or dull skin tone

  • Lost firmness and elasticity

  • Acne

Omnilux Minis are compact and come at a lower price point than our full-size masks, making them an ideal option for clients who:

  • Want to experience the benefits of LED light therapy before investing in the larger mask

  • Are seeking a carry-on-friendly light therapy device for business trips, vacations, or holiday travel

  • Already have an Omnilux mask and want a Mini that addresses a different skin concern
    • For example, people with Omnilux Contour may choose the Mini Blemish Eraser to help manage occasional breakouts.

Key Benefits

Omnilux Minis will have your clients glowing on the go with these unique benefits:

They combine science-backed light wavelengths with active-infused hydrocolloid patches for even greater results.

They’re all-natural with no pain, side effects, or downtime.

They’re TSA-friendly and fit easily in a toiletry bag, making them a dream for frequent fliers and overpackers.

They’re dermatologist-recommended and tailored to specific skin concerns, including acne, discoloration, and signs of aging.

Meet The Minis

Our Minis use clinically-proven red, near-infrared, and blue light wavelengths at optimized light energy outputs to stimulate results at the cellular level. They’re all FDA-cleared and pair with hydrocolloid patches to amplify their respective skincare benefits.

Each Mini uses a different combination of light wavelengths and topical ingredients to stimulate specific results.

Eye Brightener

The delicate, thin skin under the eyes is particularly vulnerable to signs of aging, making dark, puffy under eye bags a prevalent cosmetic concern. Our Mini Eye Brightener fosters rested, younger-looking eyes with red and near-infrared light, plus the nourishing benefits of topical peptides and niacinamide. With this device, 91% of users noticed improved wrinkles and fine lines, 89% saw an overall improvement in their skin, and 79% agreed their skin looked smoother.

Light wavelengths:

  • 633nm red light encourages cellular repair and boosts circulation, helping to calm inflammation, fade pigmentation, and reduce redness.
  • 830nm near-infrared light reaches deeper fibroblast cells, prompting new collagen and elastin production for plumper, firmer, and rejuvenated skin.

Hydrocolloid Patch ingredients:

  • Niacinamide helps brighten dark under eye circles.
  • Amino acid-rich peptides firm and quench the skin around the eye area to reduce signs of aging and fatigue.

Blemish Eraser

Clients looking to manage spots and blemishes can add our Mini Blemish Eraser to their skincare arsenal. With two targeted light wavelengths and soothing, pore-clearing topical ingredients in our corresponding Hydrocolloid Patches, it’s a convenient (and effective) way to address pesky breakouts.

Light wavelengths:

  • 415nm blue light targets and eliminates C.acnes bacteria on the skin’s surface to neutralize and prevent acne flare-ups.
  • 633nm red light ramps up blood flow, encourages cellular repair, and reduces inflammation for a calmer, clearer complexion.

Hydrocolloid Patch ingredients:

  • Salicylic acid helps clear blocked pores to prevent blemishes.
  • Green tea is rich in antioxidants to soothe stressed-out skin.

Skin Corrector

The pocket-sized version of Omnilux Contour, our Mini Skin Corrector uses red and near-infrared light with skin-brightening topical ingredients to promote a smooth, radiant skin tone. This versatile device is an easy way to target common signs of aging like fine lines, age spots, and inflammation.

Light wavelengths:

  • 633nm red light helps reduce inflammation, redness, and pigmentation.
  • 830nm near-infrared light accelerates collagen and elastin production for firmer, plumper skin.

Hydrocolloid Patch ingredients:

  • Vitamin C is packed with antioxidants to visibly brighten discoloration and rejuvenate the skin tone.
  • Azelaic acid helps fade dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
